If you have sent your coins to the wrong address by mistake, please use other means to try and locate your coins, and/or contact the recipient of the sent funds.
If you have withdrawn your funds to another exchange with an incorrect or empty tag/required description, please contact the receiving exchange with your TxID to organize the return of your funds.
- Login here using your credentials and go to My Wallets.
- Under My Wallets, select the currency you want to Withdraw and click on it.
- Under Send, please input the deposit address under Recipient Address and put the quantity you want to send under Transfer Unit, and click Send.
- On the app, login using your credentials, and from the left menu, select My Wallets.
- Under My wallets, tap on the currency you want to withdraw.
- Under Send, please input the deposit address (or scan the QR code by clicking on the small box at the end of address field) and put the quantity you want to send under Transfer Unit, and click Send.
